Atty. Clifford C. Chan graduated Bachelor of Art in Social Sciences, major in Economics at the University of the Philippines Baguio; Bachelor of Laws at the Saint Louis University; Masters of Management at the University of the Philippines Baguio Institute of Management, and Master of Laws at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. Among his professional background are the following: Partner at the Law Firm of Domogan Chan and Mabalot; Assistant Chief of the Investigation Division of the Department of Education - Central Office; Officer-in-Charge of the Legal Division of the Department of Education - Central Office; Attorney at the Civil Service Commission - National Capital Region; Instructor at the Saint Louis University; and Senior Lecturer at the University of the Philippines Baguio - Institute of Management. He has experience in the following programs and activities: Legal Research, Case Theorizing, and Strategizing; Drafting and Review of Pleadings; Data Privacy Management; Educational Research and Instruction; Child Protection and Promotion; Project and Program Management, ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit and Compliance; Mediation and Arbitration; and Procurement. He has participated in, judged, and ocassionaly won various Business and Debate competitions during his time as a student and has participated in various local and international research conferences. He is affiliated with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Rotary Club of San Mateo Highlands, Young Singapore International Arbitration Centre, International Society for Substance Use Professionals, and Victim Support Asia.
